This gives you an opportunity to meet

feel comfortable with your consultant
and know that you will have a good

Consultation and Proposal
An onsite verbal detailed checklist
of items is provided for you to stage
your home to sell. This will include
the interior of your home as well
the exterior. We will end with a proposal
based upon the amount of work needed
in order to gain a speedy sale and
the highest dollar amount for your
home.
“Top Ten” Priority Report
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for
homes that are well on their way to
being staged and just need a little
extra direction. This customized report
focuses on the ten most important
things the seller should do right
away to increase the value of their
home and obtain a faster sale.
Half Day of Home Staging or
Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that
just need a little extra attention
and expertise or are less then 2000
square feet. Room 4 Persuasion will
be working from our 8-step Action
Plan we began in the consultation,
to make dramatic transformations to
the main areas of the home. We will
bring in accessories in order to complete
the look of each room, take great
photos for your agent’s marketing
efforts, and give you a visual of
what to purchase.
Full Day of Home Staging or
Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that
need a little more attention and expertise
or are over 2000 square feet. We spend
a full day making dramatic transformations
to your home. You won’t believe the
difference a day can make! You'll
walk away with a show-ready home,
photos for your agent’s marketing
efforts, and visuals of purchases
you can make to complete the look.
Completed Action Plan and
Do It Yourself Guides
Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan
to any of the above Staging Days in
order to complete the look yourself.
We’ll take an extra hour going through
the home with you and filling out
our Action Plan. We’ll also email
you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects
that will make a dramatic difference
in the value of your home.
New Listing or Open House
Staging Weekend (Includes Completed
Action Plan)
This service is perfect for the house
that is just about to go onto the
market or have an Open House in order
to make a great first impression!
Room 4 Persuasion will spend two full
days prior to that weekend transforming
the house into a buyers dream. We
will be working off of a detailed
Action Plan that will be given to
the Home Seller in order to complete
the transformations at the end of
the session. To get top dollar, every
home should go through our complete
home staging transformation BEFORE
being listed.
